- Stock name: PBAT An Phat Production Joint Stock Company
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Owning volume PBAT shares by VMC before the purchase: 0 share
- Purchase volume: 1,040,000 shares
- Purchase form: to receive the transfer from existing shareholders
- Expected owning volume PBAT shares by VMC after the purchase: 1,040,000 shares shares, accounting for 3.51%% charter capital of PBAT
- Current owning volume PBAT shares by NHH: 5,800,000 shares, accounting for 19.59%% charter capital of PBAT.
- Expected owning volume of NHH and VMC after the purchase: 6,840,000 shares, accounting for 21.11%% charter capital of PBAT.
