PXS: Decision on delisting of stock

On May 24, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.338/QĐ-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (stock code: PXS):

-          Number of shares delisted      : 60,000,000 shares

-          Value of shares delisted         : VND600,000,000,000

-          Effective delisting date           : June 24, 2022

Reason for delisting: the auditor gives an exception for PXS's financial statements for 2019, 2020 and 2021. This is the case of securities delisted according to Point h, Item 1, Article 120, Decree 155/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020.
