The Board resolution dated April 13, 2022, the BOD of Van Phat Hung Corporation approved the following contents:

1. Approved the resignation of Mr. Truong Thanh Nhan, member of BOD as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representative from April 15, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Vo Nguyen Nhu Nguyen, member of BOD cum Deputy Chief Executive Officer as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representative of the Company from April 15, 2022.
