Vietnam Industrial & Commercial Securities Corporation announces the changes in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Bieu as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from March 30, 2022.
2. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Vu Huyen Tram as Authorized Person to disclose information from March 30, 2022.
3. Approved the resignation of Mr. Duong Quang as Chairman of BOD as from March 29, 2022.
4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Duong Quang Trung as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from March 30, 2022.
