TMT Motors Corporation announces the changes in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Bui Van Huu as member cum Chairman of BOD of the Company from March 31, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Bui Quoc Cong – member of BOD as Deputy Chairman of BOD cum Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Spokesman of the Company from March 31, 2022.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Vu Dinh Phong – member of BOD as Person in charge of Corporate Governance and Secretary of the Company from March 31, 2022.
