TLD: Approved the dossiers of registration for private placement

The Board resolution dated April 21, 2022, 2018, the Board of Directors of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved the dossiers of registration for share private placement, including the following documents:

1. Application for the private placement;
2. Business license;
3. Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders approving the plan for the private placement, the use of capital and the guarantee for the issuance meets the foreign ownership ratio.
4. The Board resolution approving the implementation of private placement and list of professional investors.
5. The confirmation of the bank regarding the opening of blocked account.
6. Other issues.
