- Reason & Purpose: to issue shares for increasing capital from the owner’s equity.

- Exercise ratio: 5:1 (shareholder who owns 05 shares will receive 01 new share.)
- Expected issue volume: 236,106,938 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
