The Board resolution dated April 05, 2022, the BOD of MHC Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to May 2022. The details will be informed later.
2. Approved the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022 on April 26, 2022.
