The Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company has received the resignation letters from Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong and Ms. Phan Thi Bich Phuong as Member of the Board of Supervisors due to personal reason. The resignation of Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong and Ms. Phan Thi Bich Phuong will be submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders for approval.
