DRH: Approval of the record date to implement rights to buy shares

The Board resolution dated March 03, 2022, the Board of Directors of DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company approved the time to implement rights to buy shares in the public offering with details as follows:

-          Record date: March 15, 2022

-          Time for rights transference: from March 21, 2022 to April 12, 2022

-          The rights should be transferred only once.

-          Time for subscription and payment: from March 21, 2022 to April 14, 2022.
