BCM: Receiving the transfer of contribution capital in WTC Binh Duong

The Board resolution dated March 30, 2022, the BOD of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation approved to receive the transfer of contribution capital in WTC Binh Duong Company Limited (WTC Binh Duong) from Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (BECAMEX IJC) with total value of VND5,000,000,000, equivalent to 100% charter capital of WTC Binh Duong. Accordingly, WTC Binh Duong will be a subsidiary of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation (BCM).
