MBS: Postponement of Annual General Meeting 2022

On February 21, the Board of Directors of MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS) decided to temporarily postpone the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which was scheduled on February 25, 2022, due to the complicated developments of Covid-19 pandemic in Ha Noi City.

The Board of Directors also decided to cancel the list of shareholders on January 24, 2022.
