IJC: Transferring all contributed capital in WTC

The Board resolution dated February 18, 2022, the BOD of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (IJC) approved to transfer all contributed capital from WTC Binh Duong Company Limited to Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: BCM) with the transfer value of VND5,000,000,000, accounting for 100% charter capital of WTC Binh Duong Company Limited.

            After the transfer completes, Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (IJC) will no longer be the parent company of WTC Binh Duong Company Limited.
