GTN: Announcement of a record date for obtaining shareholders’ opinions

GTNFOODS Joint Stock Company (HOSE: GTN) announces a record date in order to delist shares, exchange GTN shares for VLC shares, as follows:

-          Last trading day on HOSE: March 07, 2022;

-          Delisting day on HOSE: March 08, 2022;

-          Record date for stock swap to perform the merger for existing shareholders: March 09, 2022;

-          Swap ratio: 1.6:1 (Those who own 1.6 GTN shares on the record date will be exchanged for 01 VLC share; or 01 GTN share will be exchanged for 0.625 VLC share). The swapped shares will be rounded down to units; the odd-lot share less than 01 VLC share will be cancelled.
