On January 26, 2022, HOSE issued Decision No.76/QD-SGDHCM to allow Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company (securities code: KPF) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 57,968,933 shares

-        Additional volume: 2,898,308 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND28,983,080,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 60,867,241 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND608,672,410,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: January 28, 2022.

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the dividend payment.
