DTL: Personnel change

The Board resolution dated January 05, 2022, the BOD of Dai Thien Loc Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      Approved the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien as Chairwoman of BOD and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia as Deputy Chairman of BOD for the term 2020-2025, effective from January 05, 2022.

2)      Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from January 05, 2022.

3)      Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia as Chairman of BOD for the term 2020-2025, effective from January 05, 2022.

4)      Approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien as Deputy Chairwoman of BOD for the term 2020-2025, effective from January 05, 2022.
