PHC: Approved the result of share public offering

The Board resolution dated December 08, 2021, the BOD of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the result of the offering of unsold shares until 12/06/2021:

-          Unsold shares volume: 256,679 shares

-          Distributed volume: 256,679 shares

-          Total proceeds from the selling of unsold shares: VND2,566,878,000

-          Time for transfer restriction: from December 06, 2021 to December 06, 2022.

2)      Approving the ending of the offering:

-          Registered offering volume: 22,874,130 shares

-          Total distributed shares: 22,874,130 shares, accounting for 100% of total shares to be offered

-          Ending date: December 06, 2021
