GTN: Disclosure of the written resolution of general meeting of shareholders

GTNFOODS Joint Stock Company (HOSE: GTN) announces the resolution of general meeting of shareholders dated November 26, 2021 in the form of obtaining shareholders’ written opinions:

1)      Approving the plan for the merge into Vietnam Livestock Corporation JSC (VILICO) by issuing shares for swap, including the plan for delisting GTN shares after the merger.

2)      Approving the 2020 audited financial statements.
