FMC: Board resolution on agreements with related parties

On November 12, the Board of Directors of Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company approved agreements, transactions with shareholders, the authorized representatives by shareholders with the ownership rate of 10% or more on the total common shares of the Company and their related persons with the value less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statemetns.
