AAT: Approving the registration of listing for additional shares

  The Board resolution dated November 03, 2021, the BOD of Tien Son Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to register the additional issuance of 4,001,489 shares after the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2021 and the expected trading period in November 2021.

2)      Approving to amend its charter capital from VND348,000,000,000 to VND388,014,890,000.

3)      Approving to amend its charter with new charter capital.
