VCG: Board resolution on restructuring capital at BDT

According to the Board resolution dated October 14, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Company (“VINACONEX”) approved the offering of VINACONEX’s capital at Dong Thap Construction and Building Materials Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: BDT).  After completing transactions, VINACONEX will not own any shares at BDT.
