The Board of Directors of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company approved to adjust some contents in the plan for issuing shares to raise its charter capital as follows:

-                      Number of shares before the share issue: 147,648,084 shares

-                      Number of treasury shares: 0 shares

-                      Outstanding shares: 147,648,084 shares

-                      Offering volume: 49,216,028 shares

-                      Offering value at par value: VND492,160,280,000.

-                      Offering price: VND10,000/share

-                      Charter capital after the share issue: VND1,968,641,120,000.

-                      Exercise ratio: 3:1 (Those who own 03 shares will have a right to buy 01 new share)

-                      Issue time: in 2021 (after the State Securities Commission approves).
