HDG: Cancellation of record date for EGM 2021

On September 29, 2021, Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:

1)       To cancel the record date to hold the 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 30, 2021.

2)      To inform the new record date to hold the 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders with details as follows:

-          Record date: October 11, 2021

a)      Reason and purpose: to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021

b)      Content:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Time of implementation October 2021 or November 2021

-          Location: Notice later

-          Content:

+ Approving the adjustment of the number of shares expected to be issued according to the stock dividend payment plan in 2020;

+ Approving the resignation and additional election of 01 Independent member of BOD;
