DLG: Divestment at 02 subsidiaries

On September 29, 2021, the BOD of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company approved to withdraw capital in subsidiaries as follows:

1)      To withdraw capital and transfer all shares of Tan Thuong Energy Joint Stock Company. After the transfer completes, Tan Thuong Energy Joint Stock Company will no longer be a subsidiary of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company.

2)      To withdraw capital and transfer all shares of Duc Long Gia Lai Real Estate Business and Investment Joint Stock Company. After the transfer completes, Duc Long Gia Lai Real Estate Business and Investment Joint Stock Company will no longer be a subsidiary of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company.
