The Board resolution dated September 24, 2021, the BOD of DIC Holdings Construction JSC approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the list of employees participating in the stock issuance under ESOP in 2021.

2)      Approving the plan to secure the stock issuance to meet the foreign ownership ratio: the company has no foreign workers.

3)      Approving the dossier of registration for the stock issuance under ESOP.
