BCM: Signing addendums with TDC On July 16, the Board of Directors of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation (Becamex IDC; HOSE: BCM) approved to sign an addendum with Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TDC), as follows:
- Addendum No.06 of Agreement No.18 dated 01/02/2008 with Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company regarding the transfer of land-use right in Chanh Phu Hoa, Ben Cat, Binh Duong.
1) Adjustment of the area of residential land use right:
- Total area of residential land: 113,024.5 m2
- Transfer value: 74,596,170,000 dongs
- Payment method: TDC paid 100% transfer value.
2) Adjustment of the transfer form from the transfer of residential land-use right to the transfer of a part of project for commercial land:
- Total area: 18,380 m2
- Transfer value: 12,130,800,000 dongs
- Payment method: TDC paid 100% transfer value.
3) Adjustment of the transfer form from the transfer of residential land-use right to the investment cooperation in commercial housing:
- Total area: 4,235 m2
- Land value: 63,249,725,000 dongs
- Payment method: TDC prepaid 6,791,621,675 dongs and will pay 56,458,103,325 dongs before September 30, 2021.
