TN1: BOD resolution dated June 15, 2021 The Board resolution dated June 15, 2021, the BOD of TNS Holdings approved the following issues:
1) Approving the additional capital contribution in TNTech Joint Stock Company with total value of VND31,100,000,000, equivalent to 3,110,000 shares.
