The Board resolution dated March 10, 2021, the BOD of Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company (HDG) approved to contribute capital to buy shares of Education Equipment Joint Stock Company (ECCO., JSC). Details are as follows:

-          Additional purchase volume: 40,000,000 shares

-          Purchase price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Total value: 400,000,000,000 dongs

-          The ownership ratio of HDG in Education Equipment Joint Stock Company after increasing capital: 98.26% charter capital.
