CNG: Signing agreements with the related parties

On March 11, 2021, the Board of Directors of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company approved main contents of the liquefied petroleum gas purchase and sale agreement with KDK:

-          Agreement: Liquefied petroleum gas purchase and sale agreement

-          Parties: CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company and KDK

-          Agreement term: 01 year from January 01, 2021

-          Agreement value: abount VND96 billion .
