TDM: BOD resolution on buying shares of Dowaco

The Board resolution dated February 18, 2021, the BOD of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company (TDM) approved the additional shares purchase of Dong Nai Water Joint Stock Company (Dowaco) to raise its charter capital in Dawaco. Details are as follows:

-          Additional purchase volume: 2,412,567 shares

-          Ownership ratio of TDM in Dowaco after implementing rights: 12.066%

-          Buying price: 15,000 dongs/share

-          Total value: 36,188,505,000 dongs.

-          Execution time: from February 22, 2021 to February 23, 2021.
