The Board resolution dated January 18, 2021, the BOD of Seafood Joint Stock Company No4 approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Luc as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company and Director of Dong Tam Branch from January 20, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Phan Thanh Tam as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company and Director of Dong Tam Branch from January 20, 2021.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Phan Thanh Tam as Legal Representative of the Company and Dong Tam Branch.
