TIP: Announcement of Board Resolutions

Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company announces Board resolutions as follows:

Board Resolution No.01/2021 dated January 14, 2021

The Board decided to cancel collecting shareholders’ opinions writing for the resignation and additional election of members of the Board of Directors for the term from 2018 to 2023.

Reason: The 2021 general meeting of shareholders considers and decides.

Board Resolution No.02/2021 dated January 15, 2021

The Board of Directors unanimously asked the State Securities Commission to approved the suspension of the share offering documents which were submitted on September 29, 2020 to carry out Trading Service and Logistics Area Project in Thong Nhat district, Dong Nai province.

Reason: On November 16, 2020, the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province announced the conclusion of the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province about the transfer of planning from a trading service and logistics area to an industrial area. After having a policy on the investment in industrial area, the Company will implement documents of a share offering to the public.
