SFC: Board resolution on signing agreements with S.T.S

According to the Board resolution dated January 05, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company (SFC) approved to sign agreements as follows:

1)      Signing a Revotec lubricant purchase agreement with S.T.S Lubricant Joint Stock Company. The term of agreement will last from January 01, 2021 to the end of December 31, 2022.

2)      Signing a petroleum retail agreement with S.T.S Lubricant Joint Stock Company for promotion programs.
