PVD: Agreements with related parties

On December 31, 2020 the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation (short name: PV Drilling) approved agreements among the related parties Baker Hughes/PV Drilling/PVD Baker Hughes. Of which, PV Drilling is an intermediary to buy equipment from Baker Hughes and sell to PVD Baker Hughes venture with a handling fee of 5% on the total incurred costs.
