1)      Approving the reappointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hien as Chief Accountant of the Company from January 08, 2021.

2)      Approving the reappointment of Mr. Nguyen Nhat Quang as Director of Petrolimex Shipbuilding and Commercial Company Limited from January 08, 2021.
