HNG: HNG transferred 3 more subsidiaries to Thadi

On January 06, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company approved the Resolution No.0601/21/NQ-HDQT HAGL Agrico on transferring the total contributed capital owned by HNG at Hoang Anh Quang Minh Rubber Company Limited, Tay Nguyen Cow One Member Company Limited and Hoang Anh Dak Lak JSC to Truong Hai Agriculture Joint Stock Company (Thadi). The transferred capital is accounting for 100% of the charter capital of 3 subsidiaries.
