HAH: Board approves to sell Haian Song vessel

On December 03, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company (code: HAH) approved the plan for selling Haian Song vessel of Hai An Container Transport Co., Ltd. and the policy on purchasing 01 container ship in order to replace Haian Song.

The Board of Directors adopted the estimate design and implement the investment in boat terminal in Cai Mep Area.
