On January 04, 2021, Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company issued the decision to approve the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Hoang Van Thang as Head of Internal Audit Committee from the signing date of this decision.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Ta Nam Binh – Deputy Chairman of BOD, Independent member of BOD cum Head of Internal Audit Committee from January 04, 2020.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Hoang Hien as Deputy Head of Internal Audit Committee from January 04, 2020.
