On January 18, 2021, City Auto Corporation announces an extension of the time for rights transference and subscription to buy the additional issuance shares as follows:

-     Regulation on rights transfer:

• Time for rights transference: from January 04, 2021 to January 27, 2021 (instead of from January 04, 2021 to January 20, 2021).

-          Regulation on securities purchased:

• Time for subscription and deposit: from January 04, 2021 to February 01, 2021 (instead of from January 04, 2021 to January 25, 2021).
