C47: Resolution on the distribution of fractional shares According to the Board resolution dated January 14, 2021, the Board of Directors of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 approved the handle of fractional shares due to rounding down in the stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity and pay stock dividend for 2019 as follows:

- Number of shares continuing to be distributed to the Labor Union of C47: 812 shares; Of which:
