VID: Divestment at Toan Luc

On December 28, 2020, the BOD of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation approved to restructure the financial investment in Toan Luc Trading Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the BOD will implement the divestment of 17.42% total shares in Toan Luc Trading Joint Stock Company before January 25, 2021.

After the divestment completes, Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation will own 0% in Toan Luc Trading Joint Stock Company.
