On December 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

-          To restructure the management model of agricultural medicine and cultivars;

-          To approve the policy on selling off real estates in Soc Trang and Kien Giang;

-          To approve the resignation and election of members of the Company’s Debt Settlement Broad.
