TIP: TIP asks for the extension of submission of financial statements

Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company sent documents to HOSE to ask for the extension of submission for financial statements in 2021:

-          For the quarterly financial statements: within 30 days from the ending of quarter;

-          For the (reviewed) semi-annual financial statements: within 60 days from the ending of first six months of fiscal year;

-          For the annual financial statements: within 100 days from the ending of fiscal year.

However, the request of TIP will be reviewed by the State Securities Commission.
