The Board resolution dated December 02, 2020, the Board of Directors of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company approved to pay first cash dividend for 2020 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 3.5% (350 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: January 12, 2021.
