PC1: Board resolution on capital contribution

On December 14, 2020, the Board of Directors of Power Construction Joint Stock Company (hereinafter PCC1) approved the following issues:

1)      To contribute capital to CT2 Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company by purchasing additional shares in CT2’s share issue:

-          Buying volume: 30,000,000 shares

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Buying price: VND10,000/share

-          Total contribution value: VND300,000,000,000

-          CT2’s charter capital after the share issue for capital increase: VND612.245 billion, equivalent to 61,224,500 shares

-          Shareholder structure after the share issue for capital increase:

+  Existing shareholders: VND312.245 billion, equivalent to 31,224,500 shares, accounting for 51% charter capital;

+  PCC1: VND300 billion, equivalent to 30,000,000 shares, accounting for 49% charter capital.

-          Time of capital contribution: from December 2020 to Quarter 1/2021.

2)      To assign Mr. Nguyen Nhat Tan, Deputy CEO, Head of Project Management Unit, to be the representative of PCC1 and to participate in the Board of Directors of CT2.
