NHH: Increasing the ownership ratio at An Cuong

The Board resolution dated December 17, 2020, the BOD of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company approved the additional shares purchase of An Cuong High-Tech Building Materials Joint Stock Company with 890,000 shares, accounting for 6.09% charter capital of An Cuong High-Tech Building Materials Joint Stock Company.

After the transfer completes, Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company will own 14,400,000 shares, accounting for 98.90% charter capital of An Cuong High-Tech Building Materials Joint Stock Company.
