KOS: BOD resolution on buying shares of Northwesttra., JSC

The Board resolution dated December 28, 2020, the BOD of Kosy Joint Stock Company approved to buy shares in Tay Bac Power Investment Development Joint Stock Company (Northwesttra., JSC). Details are as follows:

-          Estimated purchase volume: 12,350,000 shares

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Total value: VND 123,500,000,000, equivalent to 19% charter capital of Northwesttra., JSC.

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong as the representative of contributed capital of Kosy Joint Stock Company in Tay Bac Power Investment Development Joint Stock Company.
