KOS: BOD resolution on buying shares in Giavico

The Board resolution dated December 25, 2020, the BOD of Kosy Joint Stock Company approved to buy shares of Giavico Energy and Development Joint Stock Company with the expected volume of 12,350,000 shares, equivalent to VND 123,500,000,000, accounting for 19% charter capital of Giavico Energy and Development Joint Stock Company

To appoint Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hang as the representative of contributed capital of Kosy Joint Stock Company in Giavico Energy and Development Joint Stock Company.
