HID: Board resolution on borrowing

According to the Board resolution dated November 27, 2020, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved the plan for using the capital borrowed from TPBank as follows:

-          Unsecured credit limit: 4,500,000,000 dongs

-          Real estate loan limit (for Vinpearl Resort & Villa 2): no more than 20,000,000,000 dongs.
