On December 01, 2020, the BOD of Da Nang Securities Joint Stock Company approved the record date to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting as follows:

-          Content:

• To implement the transfer transaction over 25% shares without a public tender offer.
• To stop the implementation and cancellation of the private stock offering plan to raise its charter capital from VND 60 billion to VND 300 billion and plan for using capital according to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated August 29, 2020.
